Check out these before and after install photos of our Single Chamber Magnicator® with Guided Wave Radar (MGWR™) at an oil & gas company in Ohio.

Why Before and After Matters

Photos documenting an installation's actual physical transformation give facilities considering a similar upgrade a concrete sense of what changes on the vessel itself - not just a description of the technology, but what the finished installation actually looks like in place.

What This Installation Delivers

By combining Guided Wave Radar (GWR) with a Magnetic Level Gage, the Magnicator Guided Wave Radar brings a new standard of assurance to level indication. The MGWR seamlessly integrates two independent level technologies off a single set of process taps for true redundant measurement - the Jerguson Magnicator provides a wide indicator for superior visibility with a unique magnet arrangement that prevents skipped or missed flags, while the GWR transmitter obtains a fully independent reading that remains accurate even if the float fails or product density varies.

Various GWR manufacturers are available based on customer preference, giving facilities flexibility in how they integrate this redundant measurement approach with their existing instrumentation standards.
