Jerguson provides superior solutions for issues that arise with glass gage and valve commissioning. The solution we'd like to highlight is our Jerguson 360 Safety Ball Check Valve with its color indicator ring.
The Jerguson 360 Series valve is equipped with features that elevate its performance above traditional-style safety ballcheck valves. Designed to alleviate a widespread problem, the 360 Series' bypass mode removes guesswork and operator error during commissioning. The quarter-turn, visible-position handle provides clear operation status, with a locking pin to secure position.

Color Indicator Ring: Standard on Every 360 Valve
All 360 Valves include a color indicator ring as standard equipment. The high visibility of this ring confirms valve status from a glance:
Green = Normal Operation
Yellow = Bypass/Commissioning
Red = Isolation of Gage from Vessel
