What Is a Magnetostrictive Transmitter?

A magnetostrictive transmitter is a precision level-sensing technology that uses the interaction between a magnetic field and a specialized sensing wire to determine position with high accuracy. When paired with a Magnicator's float — which contains its own magnet — the transmitter can precisely track the float's position along the chamber, converting that position into a continuous, accurate level signal.
