A custom engineered instrumentation solution is heading to an air separation plant in the Southern United States! These cooling skids—used to measure condensate as air cools—are equipped with our precision-engineered bridle assemblies, designed to ensure accurate and efficient performance.

The core of the bridle assemblies include:

  • A main standpipe for primary fluid handling.

  • A bypass chamber equipped with guided wave radar for accurate level measurement.

  • A Jerguson® Magnicator® Magnetic Level Indicator with a JMT™ Series Magnetostrictive Transmitter, offering reliable and high-precision readings.

To enhance maintainability, the system incorporates blocking valves that isolate each instrumentation component. This thoughtful design allows individual components to be serviced without disrupting overall operations, maximizing uptime and operational efficiency.

This custom-engineered solution highlights the innovative ways instrumentation supports critical industrial processes. Click here to learn more.

It’s another example of engineering excellence in action by Jerguson!
